#FridayFive Part III w/ The Surge | Trainer Haley
Can you believe it is already the third Friday in January! YIKES! Where does time go?
As previously stated, every Friday in January (and 1st Friday in February) I will be posting #FridayFive exercise moves you can perform with The Surge. If you would like to know more about the Surge head over to my previous two posts (#FridayFive1 and #FridayFive2). Each workout is designed to utilize the Surge equipment to absolutely give you a workout you will not forget.
Trainer Tips:
- Always start out performing ANY new move with little to no weight, until you nail down the correct form. If you’re by yourself, do the moves in front of a mirror to correct your form. Video tape yourself #workingit as well. Once you become confident enough with the movements, add more weight!
- Challenge yourself–just don’t break yourself!
- Post workout #FuelRight with 1st Phorm shake that consists of fast digesting protein and simple carbohydrates to replenish glycogen storage and help YOU build lean muscle mass. Now you maybe thinking… how do I perform these moves? What is the correct form? I’ve never used this piece of equipment, or my gym does not have one, what do I do?
