- 6-10 Trainer Hales Famous Protein Pancakes/Waffles
- 4-8 Eggs hard boiled, soft boiled, scrambled, egg muffins
- 3-5 Varieties of Fruit Sliced oranges, berries, bananas, grapefruit, persimmons, etc.
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Granola
- 11-15 Crackers roughly handful or two
- 2-3 Cheese Wedges Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Hummus and/or Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Jam and Nut Butter each
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Nuts of Choice
